​Along with the CA&R Service, Telecoms Clarity offers traditional consulting services to meet once-off client requirements.

These projects generally centre around FinOps or commercial requirements, with some examples being:
* Cloud Usage and FinOps establishment, where we assist the client in setting up their corporate financial and commercial environment for successful Cloud financial management. This can cover establishing Cloud governance and policies, setting up auto-scaling and scheduling tools, cost allocation tagging, leveraging hybrid models, audit programs reviewing CDNs, budget collaborations, setting up non-production environment quotas and identifying zombie assets.

* Historical dispute resolution, where we conduct a thorough analysis of past invoicing alongside supplier contracts to determine if there have been any anomalies or overcharges. This is often the result of a concern that newly signed contracts are not billing at the savings levels expected. Telecoms Clarity will determine the extent of disputes and provide in-depth analysis of any disputes back to the supplier(s) to assist their understanding and verification of the dispute. Telecoms Clarity will remain on the project until all disputes are resolved and will facilitate the process of the supplier correcting their billing system setup to prevent future errors.
* Budget creation, where a client requires assistance to understand the source of their technology costs, how these relate to their internal users and hierarchies, and the development of a user pays budget for the organisation. This may often include futureproofing of budgets, integrating forecast network and specification changes and inflationary considerations.
* Contract performance analysis, where a client requests an outside assessment of the performance of their supplier(s) and contracts, often in preparation for strategic assessment of suppliers and appetite to renew contracts.

* Market reviews, where Telecoms Clarity is engaged to assist the commercial aspects of an RFP process. Telecoms Clarity acts as the commercial expert for the RFP, assisting in the RFP preparation, supplier offer commercial assessments, new contract implementation and contract review.
* Other commercial project expertise, where Telecoms Clarity can assist on the commercial aspects of any internal projects in the telecommunications space.
