Telecoms Clarity has over three decades of expertise in the development, assessment, implementation and performance management of the commercial aspects of telecommunications contracts.

Our involvement can be from the very start, before a client goes to market, helping develop Request for Tender by working with the IT/ETS/Legal teams to ensure all commercial aspects of the tender are included and relevant to the client's service requirements and strategy.

We have comprehensive expertise in the preparation of the commercial assessments of supplier tender responses, and bring an outside, unbiased view to the commercial relative and stand-alone position of all supplier offers. We sit alongside the team in supplier presentations and Q&As to ensure the client's interests are fully met.

Once supplier contracts are signed, we will become part of the transition and implementation team, working with both client and supplier(s) to manage the process end to end. Errors in services and billing implementation are identified and dispute management undertaken until full resolution.

Within the CA&R Service, the commercial performance of each contract is tracked on a monthly basis to ensure both the client is meeting its contractual requirements, thus minimising the risk of commercial disadvantage, and the supplier(s) are performing as expected.
